We are a medium-sized law firm with a focus on commercial law in Frankfurt am Main with currently seven attorneys and are looking for an associate for this area with immediate effect:

Your responsibilities:
- Independent processing of legal files
- Production of letters, pleadings and contracts according to dictation
- Fee billing according to time spent and RVG
- Processing of various dunning procedures
- Coordination of appointments and travel planning
- Working with the electronic file
- Mandate support
- Carrying out general secretarial tasks
- Reliable control/monitoring of resubmissions and deadlines
Your Profile:
- A completed vocational training as a legal assistant or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- very good communication and team skills,
- independent and conscientious way of working,
- good to very good knowledge of MS Office and the law firm software RA-Micro
