Press-report: Among the best in the Handelsblatt "Germany's Best Lawyers 2022/2023”
Once again this year, Handelsblatt, in cooperation with the US specialist publisher “Best Lawyers”, has identified the most renowned German lawyers. PATZINA LOTZ, a commercial law firm from Frankfurt specialising in dispute resolution, is represented again this year.
Thorsten Lotz is awarded for the third time for the area of tax law, thus belonging to the lawyers with an “outstanding position in the market”, as the Handelsblatt writes.
The selection procedure for “Best Lawyers” has been transparent for more than 30 years and follows the same pattern: first, lawyers are nominated for inclusion in Best Lawyers. Lawyers listed in the handbook then select from the nominees those in their field of expertise whom they recommend outside their own firm in case they are unable to handle a mandate themselves due to time constraints or a conflict of interest. The feedback is then analysed and evaluated by Best Lawyers. The seal is awarded during the year for the current and coming year.
